A dynamic and experienced Recruitment Officer is sought to manage the full recruitment cycle for both local and overseas candidates. Key duties include sourcing, screening, onboarding, coordinating with recruitment agents, handling visa and legal processes, and maintaining recruitment databases and reports.

*Requirements:*


1. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Supply Chain, or related fields
2. Minimum 5 years' experience in recruitment or manpower procurement
3. Strong knowledge of international recruitment, visa processes, and labor laws
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills
5. Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software
